Our Guardian Angels are with us night and day.
 
Some of us are aware of their existence
 
Other's are not.
 
 
Now I am going to take you on a journey to meet your guardian angel.
 
 
Take the phone off the hook and find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
 
You can sit up if preferred but make sure your back is well supported slightly leaning back. Or if you prefer to lie down just prop yourself up with an extra pillow.
 
If you have some relaxing music put it on............If you prefer no music.......... That is okay too. This exercise works best with your eyes closed.
 
 
Make sure you are warm and comfortable. Now as you are positioned correctly and comfortably I would like you to take three deep breaths. In through your nose  '' hold for three seconds................ On the out breath I want you to slowly release out through your mouth . Do this  breathing technique three times........................... If you feel you are still not relaxed
 repeat the breathing exercise three times..........
 
 
Now I want you to visualize a golden white light ............ This golden white light can be seen in your minds eye.Visualize that light as if it is hovering over your head. Now see that light enter the top of your head down through your throat all the way down your breasts '' tummy and back '' all the way down your arms and legs until it reaches the tips of your toes. Feel the heat and warmth of this light...........
 
Now I want you to ask a higher power for protection. This may be a Saint '' A loved one in the Spirit World '' but someone you feel safe with. Ask them to protect you through this guided meditation.
 
When you are ready I want you to imagine yourself in your minds eye in a beautiful garden.This garden can be a magical one or it can be a garden you are already familiar with.
 
Take a look around the garden. All the beautiful flowers......... The beautiful smell off Roses .......... The beautiful scenery.......... The sun is shining and beaming down on top of you...........Feel the warmth of the sun.......Pressing slightly on your face........
 
What else can you see in this beautiful garden............. Allow your mind to wander around curiously for a few moments........ When you are ready notice the beautiful fountain at the back of the garden. This fountain is golden and you hear the water running.....
 
Go over and listen to the sound of the water......... Do this for a moment or two. When you are ready you will notice a beautiful chair sitting beside the fountain. Notice the colour of it.........Notice the texture of it........
 
When you are ready take a seat in this beautiful chair.........Close your eyes and let your mind wander for a moment.......Your left hand is lovely and warm and you sense there is someone standing beside you... Dont be afraid...... You are quite safe.......
 
Open your eyes and see this beautiful person standing beside you.......... Notice what they are wearing........ How tall are they........Take a moment to study everything about them.....
 
Now you can feel free to ask them who they are.......You can exchange conversation with this person........... You can ask the question are you my Guardian Angel ? .....If the answer is yes '' Ask them their name.........
 
If the person says they are not your Guardian Angel.....ask the question''' Well who are you and do you have a message for me. Sometimes we can meet teachers during meditation and our angel comes to see us at another time.
 
 
You can request answers and healing and whatever you want to ask.Take your time talking with your angel or teacher...If you meet a loved one that has passed over ask them whatever you feel necessary............It's totally up to you.......Some Angels and Guides will have a gift for you...........Notice the gift and what meaning it has for you.
 
Continue speaking with your guide for as long as you want. When it's time for them to leave '' Thank them and give them a big hug. Tell them you will return again..
 
When you are ready to come back to full awareness just wiggle your toes and feet....
 
Move your legs '' Move your arms'' Open your eyes'' Stand up gently.
 
You need to ground after meditation..... Stand with your two feet firmly on the ground. Close your eyes and visualize tree branches coming out of the souls of your feet ............Notice the branches going from your feet deep down into the ground underneath you down into mother earth...........And then visualize in your minds eye a beautiful white light surrounding you..................
 
You can do this meditation anytime.
